The service I was provided by Lee was great and everything was explained clearly to me. I was shocked at how quick my new car was ready to collect which was amazing as I was told the lead time was going to be longer than it was so that was exciting!

Harry was very patient with my wife and I and was always available to answer and queries, even after the sale. We did not feel presurised in any way and overall he was extremely professional.

Fern was smart, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease . If she was unsure of anything she asked a superior. When I collected my car every part of the car was explained to me . She was a star and I would recommend her to my friends.

Mark Bowman was very helpful but there was a few issues first the engine bay had not been cleaned i spent over 20 minutes doing it and then we weren't told that the car was a hybrid only found out when we got the v5 six days later

The incorrect mileage was added to the paperwork. I was told everything was OK when handed the paperwork but on closer inspection there was an advisory. Got a call a few days later advising the service was due and would we like to book in.

My car was in for loads of faults on it which the main ones they could Not find. Drivers door will unlock in freezing conditions but does NOT open. Rightside passenger door opens intermittently

I would have been completely satisfied but I was told my car had passed its mot and everything was fine. I wasn't told I had tyre issues that needed my attention. I only noticed prior to putting documents away

I dropped off my car for an MOT. This cost £53. I returned to the centre to be told it had failed & that I'd need to pay an extra £130 for a diagnostic. I left, went to a local garage, who ran a diagnostic & issued the MOT for £40

Took over a week for the car to be fixed. Disintegrated brake caliper on a car that is just over two year old is not very good!

It's excellent but not Perfect. Barrack Road is off the beaten track. 2 Metros and a bus to get home and bus and 2 metros to pick up your car.
